ii.
The acquisition of knowledge and human capital must be key factors for
enterprises:
Progressive steps are taken when there is the view that employees, in enterprises, are more than just
merely production and cost factors. The willingness for achievement, and the know-how of the
employees, as well as the means in order to keep and strengthen these have become the focus of
company and personal political objectives. The acquisition of knowledge is therefore a positive key
factor.
The analysis of the potential of the employee is also necessary first steps. Action oriented educational
concepts and education according to personal needs can contribute to the unfolding of their potential
and the expansion of knowledge with enjoyment. The sustainability depends largely on where the
employee is in terms of knowledge and experience. He must be “picked up” from where he currently
stands. Attentiveness in communication strengthens the motivation of the people and promotes team
spirit. A respectful attitude strengthens self-esteem.
iii.
A goal should be to make human capital to a basic benchmark of the success of the
company:
Entrepreneurial success and investment in human capital are closely linked to one another, and this
promotes their evaluation. The appraisal of business should have the same importance as financial
capital, whereby the added value through additional training of employees could be made quantifiable.
These, mainly very expensive, investments in personnel development should not become lost by the
company and obsolete for the individual after retirement. An extension of working life and the taking
into consideration the physical and mental abilities of the individual could be a solution. Senior experts
can make a great contribution and represent a large potential for the company. With their broad
experience and the knowledge that they have acquired through life long learning, they can contribute
to the success of the company. Age-based careers and generation teams are necessary in order to
stimulate know-how and make innovation possible.
Investment in human resources is an investment in the future of the people.
The abilities, the education, and the knowledge of people are the assets of the world!
